White-label healthcare SEO for agencies with clinic clients, done by a medical SEO specialist.

I’m Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh. I deliver SEO for your clinics, practices and DPC clients under your brand: medically reviewed pages, Business Profile work and reports written in calls and bookings. One allergy clinic went from 7,650 to 48,200 organic clicks in six months. Your clients never hear my name.

What is white-label healthcare SEO?

White-label healthcare SEO is search work for clinics, medical practices and other healthcare providers, delivered by a specialist under an agency’s brand so the agency can resell it. Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh, a medical SEO specialist, provides it for small agencies: pages reviewed by the client’s clinicians, local and Business Profile work, and monthly reports in the agency’s template, with no contact with the agency’s clients.

Why it’s different

Why is SEO for healthcare clients harder for agencies to deliver?

Because health is a high-stakes topic for Google, the content has to be medically accurate, and the client’s clinicians have little time to review it. General SEO playbooks miss all three.

The work

What does white-label healthcare SEO include?

The same work I do for my own clinic clients, delivered under your brand. It follows the constraint-first method: find the one thing holding the practice back, and fix that first.

01

A technical audit in month one

Indexing, speed, site structure and booking paths, with fixes ranked by how many patients they affect.

02

Service and condition pages

Pages for the treatments and conditions patients search for, drafted by me and reviewed by your client’s clinicians before they go live.

03

Local and Business Profile work

Maps visibility, citations and weekly posts, as in my white-label local SEO package.

04

Clinician credibility

Provider bios with credentials, named reviewers on medical pages, and structured data that describes the practice accurately.

05

AI search visibility

A monthly check of what ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews say about the practice, using my AI search work for clinics.

06

Reports in patients, not impressions

Calls, booking clicks and new-patient enquiries, in your template, three days before your client call.

Medical accuracy

How is medical content reviewed if you never speak to my client?

Through you. I draft each page with its sources and a short list of questions for the clinician; you send it to your client as your own, and nothing clinical goes live until their clinical team approves it.

1

A draft with sources

Written for patients, with each medical claim linked to the source it came from.

2

Clinician review, in your name

You forward it to your client. Their clinician corrects or approves it, and is named as the reviewer if they agree.

3

Published only after sign-off

Approved changes go live; anything unapproved waits, however long that takes.

Why Google weighs this review so heavily on health pages is explained in my guide to E-E-A-T for medical websites.

Patient privacy

How do you keep patient data out of the SEO work?

By never needing it. I don’t ask for access to patient records, portals or booking systems, and reports use only aggregate numbers from Search Console, GA4 and the Business Profile.

I also check that analytics and tracking tags stay off patient portals and any page showing a patient’s health information, in line with the HHS guidance on online tracking technologies. Your client’s compliance lead has the final word on anything regulatory. Your client keeps ownership of the website, content and Google accounts throughout.

The proof

What results have healthcare clients seen?

Five practices, each with the Search Console screenshots published. These are the reports you would be forwarding with your logo on them.

Allergy clinic

7,650 to 48,200 clicks in six months

Position 19 to 6.5, plus 891 Business Profile calls in a quarter. Read the allergy clinic case study.

DPC practice

4,240 to 8,370 clicks in six months

Clicks roughly doubled for a membership practice. Read the DPC case study.

Family practice

104 to 669 clicks in one quarter

Impressions from 1.74k to 67.1k. Read the family practice case study.

Multi-specialty clinic

Impressions 14.8k to 56.1k

Clicks up 66% in six months from weak foundations. Read the multi-service clinic case study.

Every write-up, including a second DPC practice that grew clicks 38% in a quarter, is in the case studies. No result is guaranteed; each practice’s market sets its own ceiling.

Practice types

Which healthcare clients can you deliver for?

Clinics and medical practices: allergy and specialty clinics, family and primary care, direct primary care and multi-specialty practices. While we work together, I don’t sell directly into your niches.

The approach for each is the one on my medical SEO for clinics page, and membership practices follow my SEO for direct primary care process, and allergy clinics follow my allergy and immunology SEO work. If you have a healthcare client outside these, ask on the first call and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.

Pricing

How much does white-label healthcare SEO cost?

The same per-client packages as all my agency work: $400 a month for Local, $650 for Growth, or a $250 one-off audit. Billed monthly, no lock-in.

Which package a clinic needs

A practice that mainly needs Maps visibility fits Local. One that also needs medically reviewed service and condition pages fits Growth, with two articles a month. The full breakdown is on the agency pricing table.

How it runs

How does a white-label healthcare engagement run?

A free audit first, one onboarding call, a written update every week and a report you forward as-is each month.

1

A free sample audit

One healthcare client’s site, audited under your brand within 48 hours.

2

Onboarding in one call

Access, your report template, the month-one plan and who reviews clinical content on your client’s side.

3

Weekly updates, monthly reports

What shipped, what’s waiting for clinical review and what moved, every week by email or Slack.

Other questions

More questions agencies ask about white-label medical SEO.

Do you need access to patient records or booking systems?+
No. The work needs the website, Search Console, GA4 and the Business Profile. No patient data is used in pages, case studies or reports.
Can you write medical content for my clients?+
I draft it with sources, and your client’s clinical team reviews it before anything is published. I don’t publish clinical content without their sign-off.
Will you speak to my client’s doctors directly?+
No. Questions go to you, written so you can forward them as your own. If you want me on an internal call as your SEO team, under your brand, that is available.
Can you take over a clinic client another provider started?+
Yes. The sample audit shows what the previous work fixed and what it missed, and month one starts from there.

Send one clinic URL. Get a white-label audit in 48 hours.

If the audit isn’t good enough to forward to your client, delete it and we never speak again. If it is, you just found your healthcare delivery partner.
