White-label local SEO and Google Business Profile management, delivered under your brand.
I’m Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh. I run the Business Profile, citation and local page work for your agency’s clients, from $400 per client per month, in your report template and your voice. You resell it at $1,000 to $1,500, keep the relationship, and your clients never hear my name.
Built for agencies of 1 to 10 people with local clients: clinics, practices and service businesses that live or die on the map pack.
Judge the work on your own client first.

What is white-label local SEO?
White-label local SEO is local search work, such as Google Business Profile optimization, citations, local pages and reporting, delivered by a specialist under an agency’s brand so the agency can resell it to its clients. Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh provides it for small agencies at $400 per client per month, with weekly written updates and no contact with the agency’s clients.
Why agencies outsource it
Why do agencies outsource local SEO and Business Profile work?
Because it is weekly, detailed and never finished. Posts, photos, citations, reviews and local pages pile up per client, and each new local client adds hours your team doesn’t have.
Local work is also the easiest to let slip. A profile left alone for two months still looks fine to the client, until a competitor overtakes them in the map pack and they ask what you’ve been doing. A fulfillment partner keeps that cadence running for every client, at a fixed cost per client instead of a salary. The wider offer, including content and technical work, is on the white-label SEO for agencies page.
The Local package
What does white-label local SEO include?
Everything a local client needs to be found on Google Maps and in local results, delivered monthly under your brand. It starts with a full technical audit in month one.
A technical audit in month one
The site checked end to end, with fixes ranked by impact so month one goes where it counts.
Business Profile optimization
Categories, services, description, hours, photos and attributes set up properly, within Google’s rules.
Weekly Business Profile posts
A post every week in your client’s voice, so the profile stays active and current.
Citation building and cleanup
Name, address and phone made identical across the directories that matter, with duplicates and old addresses fixed.
Local pages, four a month
On-page work on the service and location pages that feed the profile and rank in local results.
A monthly report in your template
Calls, direction requests, website clicks and rankings, written for your client and branded as yours.
Access and ownership
How do you access a client’s Business Profile without contacting them?
Through you. Your client stays the owner of their profile; you, or they, add me as a manager. I never ask for ownership, and I never speak to, email or connect with your client.
- Your client keeps ownership. Manager access is enough for every task in the package, and it can be removed in one click.
- You stay the only contact. Questions for the client come to you, written so you can forward them as your own.
- It’s in writing. No client contact, no fingerprints on deliverables, a non-compete on your niches and an NDA on day one.
What I won’t do
Which Business Profile tactics put your clients at risk?
The ones Google’s own rules prohibit, and that get profiles suspended. A suspension lands on your client and your agency, so none of these are part of my work.
- Keywords in the business name. Google’s Business Profile guidelines say the name must match the real-world name, without extra keywords.
- Paid, swapped or staff-written reviews. Google’s review policy bans incentives and reviews from anyone with a conflict of interest.
- Review gating. Asking only happy customers for reviews is prohibited. I set up a request process your client sends to every customer.
- Fake locations and duplicate profiles. One profile per real location, with service areas set honestly.
Results and timeline
What results can a local client expect, and how soon?
Profile and citation fixes can show within weeks; stronger map pack visibility usually builds over three to six months. The number to report is calls and enquiries, not impressions.
For one multi-location specialty clinic, the same work produced 891 phone calls from the Business Profile in Q1 2026, up 19.4% on the same quarter a year earlier. The full story, with the Search Console and GA4 screenshots, is in the healthcare SEO case study. No result is guaranteed: a client’s market, location and reviews all set the ceiling.
Pricing
How much does white-label local SEO cost?
$400 per client per month for the Local package, billed monthly with no lock-in. Agencies typically resell it at $1,000 to $1,500.
Charge your client $1,200 a month, pay $400, and you keep $800 a month, or $9,600 a year, with no hire and no tools bill. Clients who also need content and schema fit the $650 Growth package on the agency pricing table, and the market rates and hidden costs to compare are in white label SEO pricing.
How it runs
How does white-label local SEO work week to week?
You hear from me every week in writing, and you get a report to forward three days before each client call. Nothing goes quiet.

Who it’s for
Which local businesses do you do white-label SEO for?
Clinics and medical practices are where I’m strongest, and I also work on local service businesses. While we work together, I don’t sell directly into your niches.
Clinics and practices
The same approach as my medical SEO for clinics, delivered under your brand.
Local service businesses
Businesses whose calls come from the map pack and a handful of local searches.
Profiles that stopped showing
The checks in why a clinic isn’t showing on Google apply to any local business.
