Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh · Organic Growth Strategist
I help healthcare practices and service businesses turn organic search into their biggest source of new customers, not by doing more SEO, but by finding the single constraint holding growth back and fixing it in the right order.
Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh, known as Haseeb, is an organic growth strategist who helps healthcare practices and service businesses turn organic search into their leading source of new customers. Instead of publishing more content and hoping, he diagnoses the single constraint capping growth, across demand, trust, and conversion, and fixes it in sequence so the system compounds. His work has taken a multi-location clinic from the bottom of page two to the top of page one, growing organic clicks from 7,650 to 48,200 and generating 891 new-patient calls in a single quarter. He works remotely and offers a free diagnostic of the one thing holding a business's organic growth back.
What I do
I grow the traffic you do not pay for, the right way
Organic search is the traffic you earn instead of rent. Done well, it becomes an asset that keeps returning customers long after the work is done, unlike paid ads that stop the moment you stop spending. That is the channel I build.
But I am not a "do more SEO" consultant. The industry is full of people who will sell you ten blog posts a month, a pile of backlinks, and a keyword list, none of which touch the actual reason your growth has stalled. I work the other way around. I find the one constraint that is capping growth, then fix it in the order that makes every next step pay off.
In practice that means I look at three things: whether the demand even exists and you are visible to it, whether people trust you enough to choose you, and whether it is easy for them to act once they do. Growth stalls at whichever of those is weakest. Fix the right one and the whole system moves.
Who I help
Built on healthcare, useful far beyond it
Most of my deepest work is in healthcare: multi-location clinics, private practices, allergy and immunology, primary care. Healthcare is a brutal test of organic growth because the stakes are real, the trust bar is high, and a single search often decides a new patient. If the method works there, it works.
That said, the method itself is industry-agnostic. It applies to any business where customers search before they buy and where outranking a competitor changes the month: professional services, local service businesses, e-commerce, and SaaS included. The constraint thinking does not care about the industry; only the specifics of the fix change.
- Clinics and medical practices that want organic search to be their number one new-patient channel.
- Local service businesses competing for "near me" demand against bigger names.
- Founders and owners who are tired of paying for SEO that never moves a real number.
How I think
Growth has one binding constraint at a time
This is the belief everything I do rests on. A system grows only as fast as its tightest bottleneck allows. You can publish more, build more links, and chase more keywords, and still flatline, because none of it touches the one thing actually holding you back.
So I refuse to start with volume. I start with the diagnosis: which of demand, trust, or conversion is the real limit right now. Then I sequence the fixes so the foundation can carry what comes next, instead of pouring effort into a leaking bucket. It feels slower at first. It is far faster at producing customers.
- Sell you content or links that no customer is searching for.
- Promise page one in a few weeks. Real growth, especially in healthcare, compounds over months.
- Report vanity metrics. I measure what maps to revenue: calls, bookings, and customers, not just impressions.
- Keep you dependent. If the honest answer is that your foundation is fine and you need patience, I will tell you.
The proof
The numbers behind the claims
I would rather show evidence than adjectives. In one healthcare engagement, for an allergy and immunology clinic, the constraint-first method produced a result that is documented end to end on this site, straight from Search Console, Analytics, and the Google Business Profile.
Where the work has been
Work across ten healthcare, software and wholesale brands
Healthcare is where I go deepest, and it is where the clearest results live. But the constraint-first method is not specific to it. The same diagnosis runs on a direct primary care practice, a restaurant ordering platform and a wholesale supplier. Only the constraint changes.

Engagements were a mix of direct client work and in-house work on company-owned properties. The performance dashboards behind these names are on the homepage and in the case studies, with account URLs cropped out.
Working together
It starts with a free, honest diagnosis
I do not ask anyone to commit to a big engagement on faith. The first step is always a free diagnostic: I find the single biggest constraint on your organic growth and the first fix to make, and I hand it to you with no obligation. If you want help executing it, we talk. If not, the read is yours to keep.
It is the most honest sample of how I work, and it is the same first step I run on every paid project. A precise diagnosis is worth more than any sales deck.
